Surviving the Holidays - Oct 6

The holidays present unique challenges for individuals who are grieving the loss of a loved one.  During this time, there is greater focus on family, traditions, social events and cheer-all of which can cause difficult emotions to surface.  Join us for a Special Seminar devoted to this topic whereby you receive support, understanding and obtain valuable tools to navigate through this difficult time.

The Seminar is 2 hours long and includes a video filled with practical counsel and tips to assist you in dealing with the emotions experienced during the holidays.  Group discussions are also conducted to facilitate a supportive time of sharing.  Lastly, a Survival Guide booklet is provided for you to keep which contains valuable and encouraging information.
