Jim Peper has served as the associate pastor at The Lighthouse since December of 2017. His call to ministry began shortly after his salvation in 2006 when the Lord grabbed a hold of his heart while in college. Jim enjoys serving the Lord alongside his wife, Laura Peper. He is also the father to two boys, Micah and Isaiah, whom he prays will become faithful and God fearing young men.  

 

In 2018 Jim graduated with a Masters of Divinity specializing in apologetics. His greatest influencers include Pastor Charles Spurgeon and Dr. Martin Lloyd-Jones. He is very passionate about ending sex trafficking and seeing lives transformed by the gospel. Other hobbies of

his include sports, the beach, and

reading. Some of his favorite books

include Knowing God by J.I. Packer,

Desiring God byJohn Piper, and

The Holiness of God by R.C. Sproul.

Jim has a huge heart for people

and hopes the Lord will use him

and The Lighthouse to greatly

impact the Sussex County

community.
